Returns & Exchanges

At Knix Canada, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window on most items. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel items marked as final sale cannot be returned once the original packaging is opened.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to initiate your return or exchange request.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to send back and download your prepaid Canada Post shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your exchange within 7-10 business days.
